Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

Currency and Conversion
v8v8 operates exclusively in BDT. No currency conversion is applied at any stage of the deposit or withdrawal process. All game stakes, winnings, bonus amounts, and account balances are denominated in BDT. Players are not subject to any foreign exchange risk when using v8v8.
Bonuses and Promotions
v8v8 offers bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion, as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall take precedence.
Wagering Requirements
All bonus funds awarded by v8v8 are subject to wagering requirements (rollover) before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. Unless otherwise specified, wagering requirements must be met within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited. Bonus Abuse

Any player found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have their account suspended, their bonus winnings voided, and any remaining bonus balance forfeited.
Game Rules and Fair Play

Deposit Limits
Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account at any time. Once a deposit limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Self-Exclusion

Account Suspension and Termination
v8v8 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account, at its sole discretion, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that any of the following circumstances apply.
Grounds for Suspension
Accounts may be suspended where v8v8 has reason to believe that: the account holder is under 21 years of age; the account holder has provided false or misleading registration information; the account is being used in connection with fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct; the account holder has breached any provision of these Terms; or suspicious betting patterns have been detected that suggest use of automated systems, match-fixing awareness, or other prohibited conduct.
Effect of Termination
Upon termination of an account, any real-money balance held in the account (excluding bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings) will be returned to the account holder via their verified payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification and confirmation that no outstanding investigation is pending. Bonus funds and any winnings generated solely from bonus play are forfeited upon account termination where these Terms have been breached.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, v8v8 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure, even if v8v8 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. v8v8's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your v8v8 account in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Scheduled maintenance, technical upgrades, third-party provider outages, and circumstances beyond v8v8's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability of the Platform or specific games. v8v8 will use reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of planned maintenance where this is practicable.
Amendments and Governing Law
v8v8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with generally accepted principles of international online gaming law.
